Sales Representative Job Description

Excelsus Solutions, LLC is seeking an A-Player sales professional to identify, develop and grow client relationships and markets for its digital print products and services.

Excelsus Solutions has one of the finest digital print production systems on the East Coast and utilizes the latest information technology applications to monitor work flow and customer order fulfillment. You must be techno-savvy and a keen proponent of sales effectiveness and productivity tools and methods. Come prepared to discuss the various tools and methods that you have utilized to be a success at sales. While not required, the ideal candidate will have printing industry experience and the aptitude for working with digital printing software. Strong facilitation and problem solving are a plus.

Ideal candidates will come from the printing industry but A-Player sales professionals from other industries should consider this opportunity too. You must have a passion for hard work and a willingness to develop customer relationships in a way that inspires trust and confidence. Must have a strong desire to take care of the customer through attention to detail; initiative, the ability to anticipate and avoid problems. Requirements
  • Computer literate – do not apply if you are not highly proficient in .XLS or .DOC;
     
  • At least two (2) years of experience as a sales professional;
     
  • AS or BS/BA in Printing related discipline is a plus;
     
  • Ability to lift print rolls up to 35 lbs.;
     
  • Must be willing to undergo diagnostics to assess sales aptitude and behavioral styles, and Reference and Background checks.


Compensation
  • OPEN depending on experience and skill level.
