Customer Service Representative Job Description

Excelsus Solutions, LLC is seeking an A-Player Customer Service Representative with a knack for servicing customers with high quality, on-time and profitable products. Position is responisible for coordinating aal information pertaining to the accuracy and timely production of each assigned job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·          Accurate, timely and appropriate communication with sales representative, customers, production, finishing and shipping departments to ensure that all aspects of customer’s requirements are in place.

·          Perform proper paper work with notes of any deviations and changes when receive an order from customer or sales representative and ensure accurate enter of Job Tickets;

·          Submit dates and other important details to production department, and if necessary to produce a  detail notes or spreadsheet;

·          Prepare job for printing,  view the job on press and ensure that all finishing requirements are met;

·          Review all proofs before releasing to customers; prepare proper shipping instructions before packaging and labeling;

·          Prepare any AAs that may be necessary if changes occur once the job is started;

·          Follow up with sales representative on receipt of products by a customer and ensure each job has been billed in timely manner;

Requirements
  • Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;
  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Strong computing skills with MS Outlook, Word and Excel;
  • Possession of strong organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail and sense of urgency;
  • Demonstrates ability to tactfully handle difficult situations with customers;
  • Excellent math, verbal, writing skills and capacity for critical thinking;
  • Possess strong interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
  • Willing to undergo diagnostics to assess skill level, aptitute and behavioral styles;
  • Reference and Background checks required.
